Charles Simpson has been housing people since 1963. Here is some of that history, in our own pictures, not stock ones.
1963
Charles Simpson opens the first park

Before you enquire
Yes, especially the newer models. Modern park homes have open-plan living, walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms, and can be customised down to the tiles and kitchen finish.
They can be, though they hold value differently to bricks-and-mortar homes. Location, age, condition and the wider housing market all play a part, we are happy to talk this through honestly on a call.
