ALVASTON PARK INFORMATION
Alvaston Park is situated in a popular area of Derby close to the M1 and A6 main road and approximately two miles from the city centre.
The Park has a permanent site licence so you can enjoy your home with peace of mind.
All of our new homes are fuelled with a natural gas supply and come with a 10 year Gold Shield Warranty.
Alvaston Park are proud members of the British Holiday & Home Parks Association and the National Caravan Council.
Homes are purchased with a regulated licence agreement, where a weekly pitch fee is paid by the home owner.
This fee is reviewed annually. Pitch fees at Alvaston Park are currently from £60.66 per week.
With the largest rental fleet across the United Kingdom we have 1 and 2 bedroom homes available
at Alvaston Park from only £500.00 per month. Tenancies are offered subject to meeting our criteria.
Alvaston Park is a gated community and has a resident park manager to ensure peace
of mind and security for all park residents. All homes fall under Council Tax Band A.
Unfortunately we are unable to welcome pets onto the site. Also the site is for residents over the age of 25.

A variety of shops and super markets which cater for everyday needs can be found in Alvaston Village 10 minutes from the park and further shops can be found in Alvaston City Centre.
Doctors, Dentists, Opticians and Chiropodists are all conveniently located in Alvaston and a Hospital walk in Centre in Alvaston city centre with Derby Royal Hospital only 19 minutes away.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Alvaston Park is in a great location for access to local attractions. There is a recreational area adjacent to the park covering 85 acres.
Alvaston Park has great access to local culture with Chatsworth House and gardens, Kedleston Hall House and gardens, Matlock Baths and the Heights of Abraham all being under an hours drive away.
GETTING OUT & ABOUT
Fancy some time out? Alvaston Park is located close to Derby and local attractions. Including a Cinema in the City Centre, Various Public Houses and Clubs and Derby County Football Club which is only 7 minutes from the park.
Alvaston Park has great city connections with a bus service to City Centre every 10 minutes from just outside the park.
You can get to London from Derby in under 90 minutes, there is also a Skylink bus service from Derby train station connects directly to East Midlands Airport.
