No Pets are allowed – without a pet addendum from the Park Operator
All homes are fuelled by Electric & Natural Gas supplies
The Grove and the first part of Little Meadow are re-billed their electric by ourselves.
Our latest development on Little Meadow has an independent Electric supply.

Charles Simpson is by no means a newcomer to the Park Home market, having been established since 1963.
In fact, we have more than 50 years’ experience over three generations of family in operating and maintaining parks and park homes. During this time, we have built up an almost unrivalled breadth of knowledge and expertise. As a result, we are now one of the country’s largest privately owned operators in the Park Home Sector, an enviable position which has led to us being known as ‘The Park Home People’.
Charles Simpson has 10 residential parks and several mobile homes for sale. Each park location has been carefully thought-out. All of our parks benefit from having shops and local amenities close by. We take pride in the fact that all our parks have a resident Park Manager to ensure peace of mind and to help or answer any questions you may have.
